The Magic School Bus – Lost In The Solar System

When the class gets lost on the way to the planetarium, Ms. Frizzle saves the day by blasting into outer space for an epic interplanetary field trip! But when rivalries both old and new threaten to tear the students apart, our young heroes must learn to pull together or risk getting forever lost in the solar system.

The Magic School Bus: Lost In The Solar System is written by Marshall Pailet (book) and Matthew Lee Robinson (music & lyrics), based on the book series by Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen. The original creative team includes direction and choreography by Connor Gallagher (Broadway: Beetlejuice), set design by Jason Sherwood (Broadway:: Living on Love), costume design by Sarah Cubbage (Broadway: Skylight, Fish in the Dark), and lighting design by David Lander (Broadway: The Lightning Thief, Torch Song).

Hop on the Magic School Bus for a ride in this new musical adaptation based on the original book series published by Scholastic. Children under 10 are $20 and Adults are $30. Get your tickets online!

Approximate Running Time: 60 Minutes

Bristol Public Library is happy to announce that we will be co-sponsoring the second local BRXTOL event on March 30, 2024, 1:00 PM--3:00 PM. The intitial event was held at the Bristol Historical Society. BRXTOL is a multimedia “BRXSTOL is an immersive history project that chronicles the transformation of the West Woods into the City of Bristol.” The project is also a mystery adventure, where clues are given to solve the final mystery. The adventure will culminate in a gathering planned for the spring where final clues will be given. Clues are available on the BRXTOL website: https://www.brxstol.com/clues

The event on March 30 will include roundtable discussions, storytelling and workshops.
